Jewel
I was inspired by recent community workshops run by artist Luke Embden asking us to consider what Chippy means to us as residents. While the media perception of the town may revolve around the ‘Chipping Norton Set’ (and our association by proximity to high profile Diddly Squat, Daylesford and Soho Farmhouse), Chippy is so much more than that – we have heart and a vibrant welcoming community. I’ve lived here for over 20 years, worked and raised a family here with my husband, and we’ve been supported through some tough times by our local friends and the wider community.
To me, Chippy is, and always will be, the jewel on the crown of the hill.
A Limited edition of 100 glicee prints (174x420mm) are available to buy. 10% of profits will be donated to Chipping Norton Theatre Social Impact.
